After 5 years of renovating and building a successful B and B it is time for a new project.

That’s why we offer:

Our detached house in a beautiful location with a plot of approximately 3,250 m2. Plenty of space to enjoy a Mediterranean outdoor life!
Located on the west coast of Sardinia with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the green hills and idyllic villages around Bosa.
You will find peace and space, yet within walking distance of all important and necessary facilities for daily life.

The house consists of 2 floors. The private area and the B and B can be reached independently of each other. There are 4 guest rooms. The second floor consists of a large storage attic.

The property consists of a detached house, detached storage room and the original tuff stone house, which is more than 100 years old. We use this ‘ruin’ as a tasting room, but it can also be converted for other functions.

The site is completely enclosed with an old stacked stone wall, fencing and partly natural boundaries.
